Brandon Mead founded Mead Heating & Cooling with a clear purpose: to bring genuine expertise, advanced technology, and personal accountability to commercial HVAC — and to focus that effort where it matters most.
Working in senior living environments early in his career, Brandon saw firsthand what happens when facilities are served by contractors who treat every building the same. Equipment that isn't right for the environment. Airflow that doesn't reach the residents. Systems that fail without warning because no one was maintaining them properly.
He built Mead Heating & Cooling to be different — equipping his team with technology that most HVAC companies don't use, training them specifically for the demands of senior care environments, and building processes that make compliance simple instead of stressful.
